SPA POLICIES
RESERVATIONS
At Quinto Elemento Spa, your relaxation and well-being are our top priorities. We prepare and strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible by reserving the required number of therapists for you. This policy ensures efficient and fair service for all our clients and applies to all appointments booked at our establishment.
- No Shows
A “no show” occurs when a client does not attend their appointment without prior notice. This results in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for future bookings. - Rescheduling
To reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours in advance of your original booking. Otherwise, we reserve the right to deny rescheduling. - Deposits and Payments
A deposit of $500 MXN is required to confirm your reservation.
The deposit amount will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable in case of a no-show.
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, or cash. - Communication and Reminders
Appointment reminders will be sent via email. Please ensure your contact information is up to date and check your spam folder if necessary.
GROUP BOOKINGS
For groups of four or more, reservations must be confirmed at least two weeks in advance with a 50% deposit of the total treatments booked.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. For group bookings, cancellations must be made at least seven days in advance to avoid full charges for the reserved treatments.
ARRIVAL TIME
We kindly ask you to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Arriving late may affect the duration and effectiveness of your treatment. Clients arriving late will be responsible for full payment of the service and must accept ending at the reserved time out of respect for other clients.
PHYSICAL CONDITION AND HEALTH
We recommend avoiding treatments immediately after eating. Please refrain from shaving before exfoliation treatments or undergoing spa services if you have sunburns. When booking, inform us about any physical conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies, etc.
SPA ETIQUETTE
To maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment, we kindly request the following:
- Limit mobile phone use.
- Keep phones on silent mode.
- Speak in a low voice.
PAYMENT METHODS
Treatments can be paid for in cash, by credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express), or with valid Quinto Elemento Spa gift certificates. Advance booking is recommended.
PREGNANCY
For expecting mothers, we prioritize both your well-being and your baby’s. Please seek advice on the most suitable treatments for this beautiful stage of life.
CLINICAL FORM
To protect your physical integrity, we kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes early to complete your clinical registration. This form helps us gather relevant information about your health, allergies, injuries, or chronic conditions to provide an experience tailored to your needs.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
For everyone’s safety, consuming food or alcoholic beverages is not permitted. The spa reserves the right to deny entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
VALUABLE ITEMS
Avoid bringing jewelry or valuables such as laptops, tablets, iPads, or video games, as their use is not allowed in the spa. The spa is a shared space, and we are not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Quinto Elemento Spa, we strive to deliver exceptional service using high-quality products. If you feel your expectations were not met, we encourage you to share your concerns with our management to evaluate the situation and provide an alternative solution. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for completed treatments but are happy to explore other forms of compensation if deemed necessary.
CONDUCT EXPECTATIONS
We ask all clients to demonstrate appropriate conduct within the spa. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the treatment, regardless of the remaining time. Upon leaving, the full cost of the treatment must be paid at the reception.
